I enjoyed going to this gym only because it was close to home, but I sadly will no longer go there. Forcing your customers who already pay for the wellpass service to pay an extra 40euro for a bracelet connected to automatic gates is simply a joke on the business level. As a customer, why would I pay for something I used to enjoy for free so far? Also, I understand the needs to modernise your entrance system, but 40e? This is money embezzlement at this point.

This is a really nice and modern gym. The facilities are excellent, and I’m glad it’s included in the Wellpass network. If you’re visiting with Wellpass or Urban Sports Club (USC), be aware that there can be a queue at reception during busy times. That’s completely understandable, as the gym naturally prioritizes its own members first. The gym itself is spacious and well-equipped. It offers everything you need, including a large fitness area, group classes, a swimming pool, clean changing rooms, good showers, and free Wi-Fi. I usually visit around 7 PM on weekdays, and despite it being peak hours, I don’t find the gym floor overly crowded, so it’s still comfortable to work out. Pros: * Modern and premium facilities * Wellpass and USC accepted * Swimming pool and fitness classes * Clean showers and changing rooms * Free Wi-Fi * Not overly crowded in the evenings Overall, this is one of the better gyms available through Wellpass. The facilities are impressive, the atmosphere is great, and it’s definitely worth visiting.

I had a very disappointing experience with this gym. I tried to cancel my membership in accordance with the terms outlined in their contract, but the process was unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. Despite following the required steps, my request was not handled properly. After suffering an accident, I had to undergo surgery and was explicitly advised by my doctor not to continue any sports activities. I repeatedly provided proof of both the injury and the surgery, yet the gym continued to raise obstacles instead of handling the situation professionally. In addition, I relocated from Germany to an area where there is no Body & Soul gym within a 20 km radius. According to the contract, this should allow for immediate cancellation. However, they still insisted that I pay for three additional months, disregarding their own terms. Overall, the lack of flexibility, poor communication, and failure to respect both medical circumstances and contractual obligations made this an extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend this gym.

It's impossible to cancel the contract. I was a member for 2 years and when I moved out they refused to cancel my membership for another 3 months even though their AGBs specify that moving 20km away allows to cancel within a month. Bottom line: Good gym but expect to pay a TON of money when trying to leave

I initially rated this gym as 5* as I absolutely loved it. The team is great and the equipment too. But recently it is a complete disaster. They have started to accept Gym Pass and there are queues of 1-time visitors at the door. The equipment is no longer maintained and spa area is closed. There are queues in front of the doors out of these 1-time visitors. Unless you guys changes this greedy policy i am cancelling my membership. It is no longer a premium gym I have joined.
