This is of the best GYM in Munich, they have high quality machines, all of them very well calibrated and in perfect conditions. The facilities are always clean and tidy and well organize. The have a great selection of classes and super prefessional instructors. I love this GYM so much, very happy and pleased with the service. Also the people from the reception is vety friendly and always willing to help.

Waiting time is horrible. Service became much worse compared to a few years ago. The waiting line on Sunday morning is disgusting. Luckily, I don’t live nearby and I don’t need to visit it every week

This gym isn’t recommended for USC or Wellpass users. It’s overcrowded from 4 pm to 8 pm and you’re forced to queue for at least 20 minutes. You have to wait until a usc/well pass user leaves. The warm water for the baths is also unstable; it’s warm for the first few seconds then suddenly cold. The equipment is relatively new. You can charge your phone with wireless charging. Overall, it’s bad. Edit: The last opening hour in Sunday there were still 14 people queuing.

I’ve been a happy member of body + soul until recently, having joined Urban Sports Club due to changing my sports routine. Sadly, body + soul became a really bad experience for me, unless I come in the morning. I already had to wait 1h + for the privilege to enter several times. If you are gonna have a partnership with USC and Wellpass to make your clients have to waste 1h of their time, you provide a terrible service, simply put. It is not even full inside. Nothing justifies this.

I'm a member for over a year, and I have a lot to say. I'm really sorry that the fitness center market is so outdated in Munich. If these centers position themselves as premium and charge 105 euros (B&S raised the price for me), I empathize with all the residents of Munich. I believe Munich critically needs truly new premium fitness centers, where external participants like Urban Sports are not allowed, and where there is modern equipment, a nice interior, classes in English, women's areas in the gym, and cleanliness. Because all of this is lacking at Body and Soul. For some time now, I have found it simply disgusting to enter the women's shower area. It is really dirty and smells bad. In the women's sauna, there is a temperature problem; different parts of the sauna’s room are heated differently, making it impossible to warm up. The timer on the wall doesn’t work (it’s an hourglass). In the common steam sauna smells like rotten socks. I also sent a written inquiry about how exactly the pool is cleaned (modern cleaning methods involve not just chlorine but other types of purification, including nighttime filters and ultrasound), but a staff member evaded my question.
