I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about. This spa is lovely! I booked a day pass during an especially hot day and the pool was calm and peaceful, not crowded. Great city views. The poolside service was excellent. All areas were clean.

Another fantastic experience at the Blue Spa in the Bayerischer Hof. The spa and service were top-notch as always. I had a truly relaxing and excellent massage – special thanks to Sinan for his skill and attentiveness. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, and it was incredibly pleasant to lounge in the sun while taking in the stunning panorama. A perfect mix of luxury and relaxation!

**Disappointing Experience at the Blue Spa** I was excited to visit this spa since we've been coming annually to Munich but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The pool was uncomfortably cold and the air temperature in the pool room cold making it impossible to enjoy. They even had standalone heaters to warm the area up making it look unprofessional. Ordering two drinks took an astonishing 45 minutes, leaving us frustrated and unimpressed. The sauna was overcrowded, with no space to relax, and the wet room was cold, defeating its purpose. While the pictures and menu promise a luxurious experience, the reality lacks substance. For the price and hype, I expected much more attention to detail and better service. Sadly, I won’t be recommending it.

So sorry but I went for my birthday only to the Blue Spa. You take the elevator to 7th floor check in at the reception. They say you can have tea, fruits, water and towels. There are no bath ropes, neither big towels for sauna. They have a ladies sauna. Mixed finish and a steam bath which is not hat and no steam. A cold pool for after sauna which was nice. We did found big towels at the pool upstairs. No tea and fruits. They did not even bring it after we asked. Pool is nice water on. The view was good at night and you can go on the Balcony. You could order food… sauna is naked and you even can swim naked in the pool nobody sayed anything. So this was nice. Expect that I was really disappointed by it. Nothing special really.

I went to Blue Spa for a Aroma Massage, and my experience was positive from start to finish. Super friendly and welcoming staff who made sure that I had everything I needed. I was massaged by Esther and she was very professional, communicative and courteous. Totally recommend!
