I had such a lovely experience! I got a gel French manicure on my hands and a Shellac pedicure, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. The staff were very friendly, attentive and professional, and I felt really well looked after throughout my appointment. I absolutely love my nails — the French manicure looks so clean and elegant, and the pedicure turned out beautifully too. Everything was done carefully and with great attention to detail. I paid €95 for both services, which I think was a great price for the quality and service. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place! 💅

I don’t even know where to start with. This is my 2nd time there, and first time they did me an insanely good design with charms and everything but this time it was a disaster. The only girl there clearly didn’t want to do my nails at all. She told me my nails are too short so she cannot make any designs (valid) then i ask her to put some charms but she refused to do anything other than just nail polish. During the whole process she was FaceTiming and barely gave me any directions. I asked her multiple times to cut my cuticles, she either ignored or didn’t hear since she was busy face-timing. Overall, gel is super thick and it’s so basic without cuticle cut. My nails shouldn’t look like this considering i paid 50€

I’ve been to this salon twice, and both times were a complete disappointment. After my first visit, I noticed that the nails were already lifting from the base within just a few days. I went back to the studio to complain, and they told me the nails were fine and even gave me a guarantee. But just one week later, the same issue happened again — the nails started lifting from the base, exactly as I had warned. My hair was getting caught between my natural nail and the extension, clearly showing that the application was done improperly. Today, I went back expecting a proper fix. Instead of repairing the nails, they filed off the tips, made them look worse, and didn’t even offer an apology or explanation. No care, no professionalism, no customer service. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. I paid for a service that was supposed to last, and instead I got poor quality, bad attitude, and zero responsibility from the staff. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. I will definitely not be coming back, and I won’t be recommending this place to anyone.

Very good treatment, good service and good prices. I’ll definitely come back. I came without appointment and they did my toes and hands!
