Mit dem alten Team war alles besser man hat immer einen erreicht...und jetzt passiert nix mehr auf anrufe wird nicht reagiert Email schonmal gar nicht....wenn man mal rein zufällig jemanden antrifft wird im Treppenhaus der Roller zusammen gebaut also ganz ehrlich alte Team top die neue ohne Kommentar

Wir sind schon sehr lange Mitglieder und waren mit dem alten Team immer sehr zufrieden...... und jetzt? Läuft nichts mehr zusammen, es dauert ewig bis die Lohnsteuer fertig ist Man bekommt kein Bescheid wie hoch der Beitrag für das laufende Jahr ist Auf E-Mail's wird nicht reagiert und ans Telefon geht selten jemand aus ran Und die Öffnungszeiten waren beim alten Team auch besser.....

Wichtige Unterlagen wurden vom Verein nicht rechtzeitig weitergeleitet, und wir wurden nicht informiert, dass das Finanzamt noch Unterlagen angefordert hatte. Dadurch mussten wir plötzlich vierteljährliche Vorauszahlungen leisten – obwohl wir dachten, alles sei erledigt. Nach unserem Umzug aus Berlin konnten wir den Vertrag nicht vorzeitig kündigen, obwohl keine Leistungen mehr erbracht wurden. Stattdessen mussten wir noch ein weiteres Jahr zahlen, ohne dass 2024 etwas für uns gemacht wurde. Leider schlechte Kommunikation und keinerlei Kulanz. Nicht zu empfehlen. Auf Briefe, Mails und Anrufe wird auch nur sporadisch geantwortet!
