I would describe the process of getting my tax declaration ready with Mr. A.Scherner in 3 words: time-effective, professional and well structured. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a professional. I am a successful professional in tech and have a side business as a trauma-centric bodyworker. Due to the second, I cannot be covered by the association which could have been told to me before the appointment was approved, but that's not the problem, I understand that he follows the law. However, spending half an hour being told that I'm just an irrational idiot who should close his purpose-driven business because it'll never make 100K, that I should go back to France because here it's Germany, and that I probably just do it because I like to touch women is deeply insulting and absolutely unprofessional. I came here to get help with my tax declaration, not to get an unfounded unasked for and legally inaccurate lecture by such a sad sad man.

The service is exceptionally excellent. Mr.Scherner was clear and concise in his guidance, and I found that both helpful and immediately reassuring. He also speaks excellent English and willing to accommodate any questions. I was happy to have him prepare my taxes for the last two years, and am happy to continue to do so.
