About Bia & Ban

Klimanalage seit 15. Juni / Air Condition since 15th June

Bia & Ban is a chinesisch in München, Bayern. It is listed at Augustenstraße 16, 80333 München, which places it among the local businesses of München that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as restaurant, so it may cover more than the name suggests.

Eating out in Germany runs from a quick Döner at an Imbiss to a long evening in a Gasthaus, and a listing like this one is best judged on freshness, turnover and how consistent the reviews are rather than on decor. Lunch menus (Mittagstisch) are usually the best value, menu prices already include 19% VAT and service, and many kitchens close between lunch and dinner. Bakeries open early and are the one shop you can count on for a Sunday morning.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 11:30 am–3 pm. As with most places, expect changes around public holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is 089 89059193. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. Its website is biaban.de, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Customers rate it 4.8 out of 5 on Google across 338 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded chinesisch, thai, vietnamesisch & indisch in München.

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around München is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

The food was absolutely amazing! As someone who grew up in China, I can say that the food is 100% authentic. All the waitresses and chefs are Chinese and the atmosphere is great with many decorations.

Absolutely fantastic, authentic Chinese restaurant! I visited China last year and tried any food that I could spot. After i got back to Europe I started missing these unique chinese flavours immediately. Today I travelled to Munich from Innsbruck in hope to satisfy my cravings for these super oily, flavourful Chinese chili noodles. I found Bia & Ban and immediately when I stepped into this restaurant I smelled these Chinese ingredients and flavours! The food didn’t miss!! If you have never been to China and want to eat REAL Chinese food, this is the place to go. Order some spicy thick noodles and just enjoy! The dish tasted like perfection since I felt so deprived of these flavours :D Big portions and a flavour bomb! Apart from the food, the staff is super friendly, welcoming - typical Chinese hospitality! Overall the restaurant is clean and sets a warm atmosphere. From now on my go to place when I am in Munich!

The food is good, but the service is amazing! I had wan ton soup which was full of sichuan pepper and unfortunately I couldn't stop coughing! In that moment the waiter spontaneously brought me a glass of water which helped a lot! Thank you 💗

I really enjoy the handpulled noodles here!! You get such a big portion that you could feed 2 people with one bowl. I also liked the chicken and pig feet which are also recommendable. The skewers are rather dry and not my taste. But again - it's a very good place for handpulled noodles and out of ordinary sides.
