Meine Freundin hatte hier um Hilfe gebeten. Ich hatte sie einmal begleitet. Auf meinem Rückweg rief mich die Bearbeiterin an und verlangte eine private Telefonnummer von der Mutter meiner Freundin. Aus datenschutzrechtlichen Gründen bekam sie diese nicht von mir. Daraufhin wurde laut und herrisch diskutiert mit den Sätzen „Sie geben mir jetzt sofort die Nummer!" usw. Als ich dann noch etwas sagte, wurde mitten im Satz einfach aufgelegt. Ein solch unprofessionelles, respektloses und kindisches Verhalten hat in keinem Beruf etwas zu suchen! Unglaublich unverschämt! Und ich bin nicht einmal involviert. Und dann noch von einer Person, welche im Jugendamt arbeitet? Mit der Reife gehört die gute Frau meiner Meinung nach in den Kindergarten....

Unglaublich, was hier für unprofessionelles und unfreundliche Security Personal beschäftigt wird. Das Bezirksamt sollte sich wirklich einmal Gedanken über Personalmanagement machen. So unfreundlich geht man einfach nicht mit seinen mit Menschen um, das ist eine bodenlose Unverschämtheit.

Schimmelbefall in einer Wohnung ist gesundheitlich unbedenklich für Heranwachsende Kleinkinder, da der Schimmel nicht im Schlafzimmer des Kindes ist. Ein Kind mit Windeln in die Schule zu schicken sieht man nicht problematisch an. Einem angeblich übergriffigem Vater die Adresse des Kindes zukommen lassen, und obwohl der Vater dies der zuständigen Mitarbeiterin meldet, scheint es einfacher zu sein eigens erstellte Unterlagen zu leugnen und fast ein Jahr so zu machen als wüsste der Vater die Adresse nicht.
