I am extremely happy with their work. I got my eyelash extensions here and it looks so natural and beautiful. Also nail extensions are great. They are very friendly and nice and they are very good at their job. Highly recommended.

I've been going to this nail salon since December for Shellac and I've been really happy with their performance. There also have special prices for students on Mondays and also offer matte nails, which is not the case everywhere. I recommend this place to all my friends. Manicure and shellac costs 30€.

? I went to you 5pm 2019-05-04. Unfortunately I am very disappointed in this salon. I went for their opening offer with discount and booked this with a lady the day before. I wanted a new set of nails and pedikyr. I had to wait 20min before they even started without any information. The lady served three customers at once which of course results in a lot of waiting and bad result. The nails are a bit crooked and thick and the polish doesn’t reach the edges. I can understand that not everyone speaks English but the quality should be the same in all languages. The discount I didn’t get either since they gave me material that wasn’t included in the discount. If there is a misunderstanding you should party with the customer to show customer service. Nails and toes took almost 2,5 hours which is scary long time.

My very first negative feedback for my worst experience during all 7 years of life in Munich. - 15 minutes of waiting - The lady working there said in Germany 1 hour of waiting in salon is completely OK and I should not complain - I said in my regular salon I do not wait even five minutes (well, few minutes every now and then, not 15), the answer was “well then maybe go back there!” o.O - Friendliness level: The only way she could make it worse was to punch me in the face - Expensive - Really bad work: I needed to have my old manicure removed (gel) Now there are holes in some of my nails and old color leftovers on others (see photo) - Their regular response to negative feedback (there are a few, and they are similar to mine) are that it is probably not their salon where it happened - no, it is BONY nails, and it is bad, they will really ruin your nails. - At some point, another girl took over - to be fair, I have to mention she was at least friendly. - Attached is a photo of what I paid 25 euros for (pay close attention at the hole on my pinky nail, it is painful) - It really looks like the positive feedback are left by the salon employees themselves, there is no other explanation
