Went to this ER yesterday, 13.07.2026 (Monday evening at 17.30). I had an accident while hiking and my GP recommended me to go check my injury at the ER. The registration and the triage happened in the first 10' of our arrival there. I then waited 3 hours in total for a X-Ray and consultation. I don't want to complain about the long time, as it was clear there were more important cases coming in while I was waiting. Overall, the doctors were extremely competent and polite.I want to say thank you for the help and expertise.

I was recently operated on for a total hip prothestic by Dr. Beckmann and team. I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism, empathy and kindness. From the moment I arrived for the consult, I was deeply reassured that I was in good hands, and this impression was more than borne out by their excellent and loving care over the next days from pre-op through post-op. To be surrounded by such compassionate, competent people when facing an operation like this is a great blessing. Again, my heart-felt thanks. Kimberley Coburn

Yesterday, I was admitted to your emergency department between approximately 14:30 and 15:00 due to severe pain caused by a kidney stone. Unfortunately, the pain I arrived with was made significantly worse by the dismissive and disrespectful attitude of the receptionist nurse (a lady with short blond hair), which made me question whether I was treated this way because I am not a native. From the beginning, she refused to switch to English, even though she was clearly able to speak it fluently and knew that I do not understand German. This immediately made an already stressful situation more difficult. When she attached the blood pressure cuff, my pain was so intense that I had to bend down on my knees to cope. At the time, I did not realize this could affect the blood pressure reading—I was simply trying to manage unbearable pain. Instead of showing understanding, she abruptly lifted me up without asking for permission, without explaining what she was doing, and without any sign of empathy. I had a great experience here. All the doctors, nurses and other staff speak good English and are very professional. I felt like I was in great hands - from my surgery consultation, all the way to getting discharged. The nurses were particularly very sweet and accommodating and made sure recovery went smoothly. The head nurse was particularly the MVP!! Thank you for taking care of me 🥹

I recently visited the hospital after a fall that resulted in a broken toe, and I had a very positive experience. The staff was nice empathetic and attentive throughout my visit, making me feel well cared for. I was particularly impressed by how kind and professional everyone was, and the fact that they all spoke English made the experience even easier. From the registration, nurses and doctors, everyone was friendly and patient. Thank You 🙏🏻
