About B&B HOTEL Würzburg-Ost

B&B HOTEL Würzburg-Ost is a hotel in Würzburg, Bayern. It is listed at Nürnberger Str. 129, 97076 Würzburg, which places it among the local businesses of Würzburg that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as bed and breakfast, so it may cover more than the name suggests.

Travel businesses in Würzburg serve both domestic and international visitors. Compare the rate here with the property's own website before you commit, check the cancellation terms and keep a copy of your booking. Deutsche Bahn fares are cheapest weeks ahead as Sparpreis tickets, the Deutschlandticket covers local and regional transport for a flat monthly fee, and peak periods such as Easter, Whitsun, the July-August holidays and Advent fill popular destinations months ahead.

No opening hours are on file. If you plan a visit, phone first or check the Google Maps link on this page for the latest times, and remember that most shops in Germany close on Sundays and public holidays. The listed phone number is 06146 8153706. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. Its website is hotel-bb.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

With 3.7 out of 5 on Google from 156 reviews, it sits in the middle of the range for hotels in Würzburg. German customers tend to review sparingly and critically, so a mid-range score with detailed comments is often a fair picture.

Würzburg is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around Würzburg is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

The hotel was wonderful in terms of conditions - no questions asked. But what a situation has occurred. I checked in after 00.00 and wrote to the hotel in advance and asked if everything was okay. The AI replied to me that check-in is possible before 6 a.m. Then I arrive and enter my details after the fact, but I am not on the list. As a result, I waited in the lobby until 5 a.m., until the person performing the duties of the administrator came, apparently. It turns out that the booking number changes at a later time. But why can't you just send it by mail? You can see that a person is coming, and if he did not arrive before 22, during your working hours, it is logical that he will arrive later. You can send additional information and there will be no problems. And another question is why to change the code and why the questions were answered by AI. I was told that I needed to make a phone call, but I have an e-sim, I can only make instant messenger calls. Such basic things are not thought out. I am writing this review for future visitors to keep this nuance in mind

Good hotel. Note that 1. rooms are not sound proof. 2. No luggage storage facility. 3. Very far from city centre. No public transport after 7 pm. As of now, some renovation happening, which can disturb your sleep at 7 am in morning.
