We booked this hotel family room , on website it is mentioned that elevator is available but it doesn’t go up to room . From second floor our room is situated end of long corridor and one floor with steps. Difficult with even regular sized luggage bags . Receptionist staff helped at time of check in but next day we had to catch early morning train . And in 1 room fan and portable AC but second room no fan , no AC . When we pointed out only small portable fan given and it was very hot day so sleeping in that room was not possible. Located central near to central station otherwise we had sleepless night and trouble with luggage

I chose this hotel due to the proximity to that Christmas market and the train station. I could not have been happier with my choice. The train station is a 5-10 minute walk straight down the street from the hotel. The Christmas market and old city is walking distance also. The room was warm enough for us while we were there the 1st week of December. Honestly, I was shocked with the size of the room. Besides the bed, there was a sitting area and a desk to use. More than enough room for my wife and I. I will say that Pablo at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. There was some confusion on our reservation but he was able to correct things, which made us very happy. He is an asset to the hotel.

I booked a single room and it was nicely appointed with a comfortable bed. I also appreciated the welcome glass of wine! The front desk staff were nice. The location was good, about a ten minute walk from the train station or to the historic center of town.
