The hotel was really good in terms of pretty much all aspects. The staff were friendly and polite, the facilities were great, the rooms and spaces were clean. It would have been amazing if it had a better view as well - my room was just facing a corridor, so it was not the best view one could ask for haha. But with all the other good things I can say about this hotel, personally, this was totally fine for me.

Clean rooms, default 3-day cleaning plan but amendable upon request, constantly manned front desk, code access to rooms instead of keys, functional breakfast with sufficient variety and ample time. Very well connected through bus and u-lines (3 and 7).

I asked if I can get checked in early, but it was for a fee. I mentioned how my name wasn’t spelled right on the confirmation sheet that was printed, was told that it didn’t matter. Then later on to reading the sheet, it was for a completely different person. I did appreciate them holding my bags since I didn’t want to pay the early check in. The room was clean and comfy enough. My sheets had stains on them, towels had previous hair on them as well. When I used the other sheet on the bed and flipped my pillow, that’s when I noticed I didn’t wake up sick. On the plus side, free water was given.
