Ganz ganz tolles Team! Hatte leider eine sehr schwere Geburt mit Saugglocke, Dammschnitt bis zum Not Kaiserschnitt... Ich habe mich die ganze Zeit trotzdem mega gut betreut gefühlt. Die Hebammen sind alle so mega lieb und bemüht. Man bekommt alle Infos die man möchte und auch die Ärzte sind sehr schnell und kompetent. Es wurden mir so viele Gespräche angeboten, aber ich glaube, ich habe alles gut verarbeitet. Auch auf der Wochenbettstation waren alle sehr hilfsbereit und immer zur Stelle und haben mir viele praktische Tipps gegeben. Nachdem nun meine Narbe nicht so gut verheilt, musste ich noch einmal kurz hin und wurde auch hier wieder sehr schnell und freundlich behandelt. Bin wirklich schwer begeistert. Danke, dass ihr so einen tollen Job macht!

Quick, kind and efficient gynaecologist. If you do come late at night like I did, the entrance in Grazer Damm will be closed so ask the nurses for other directions or else you might find yourself walking, lost for 45min. If I hadn’t gotten lost, the whole thing would’ve taken less than 15min. From registering upfront at the emergency room to having my problem sorted. I arrived at 00:00 and left at 01:00. Would recommend Vivantes a million times. It’s my second time in this emergency room and the standard did not disappoint.

Kreißsaal war top, Hebammen alle supernett und fürsorglich. Ärzte/innen genauso, vor allem kompetent und bestrebt, einem in so einem hilflosen Zustand zu helfen. Man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgenommen und in guten professionellen Händen. Hingegen war die Wochenbettstation extrem chaotisch und sogar katastrophal, ich konnte es dort nicht mehr aushalten und bin bereits nach zwei Nächten nach Hause gegangen. Es wirkte alles sehr unzumutbar, mein Wunsch auf Familienzimmer, den ich direkt bei Ankunft nochmal mit Nachdruck angesprochen hatte, wurde komplett ignoriert und an andere vergeben, obwohl bei den Infoabenden versprochen wurde, dass eins reserviert werden würde, sobald man zur Geburt da ist. Sehr enttäuschend. Man hat es quasi drei Tage lang nicht geschafft, ein Zimmer, was mehrfach vorhanden ist, trotz Entlassungen zu organisieren. Ein Stern Abzug dafür und für die eine mega unfreundliche Dame auf der Wochenbettstation.
