My review concerns my experience specifically with the sales representative Nihal. I was a serious buyer interested in purchasing a BMW 530e through BT Leasing. I repeatedly explained that I wanted to inspect the vehicle in Munich before payment, and this was initially accepted. I requested only the standard vehicle documents required for leasing approval. After several delays, Nihal refused to provide the documents, claimed that I had not informed him about the inspection, and misrepresented my request as though I wanted the dealership to prepare the entire transaction before deciding whether I liked the car. When I asked to continue with another sales representative, Nihal told me that the vehicle had been sold. I subsequently called the dealership and another employee confirmed that the vehicle was still available and that the requested documents would be sent by email. The communication from Nihal was contradictory, misleading, and extremely unprofessional. Another employee was able to handle the same normal request without difficulty. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend requesting a different sales representative.

Bought a car 2 months ago, X5 G05 2021. Fraudsters, in a word, sell a car with obvious defects. Jerks when accelerating, transfer case, front gear as if the car has 400,000 km and not 147,000 km. Rear left shock absorber leaked. Contacted them, they act like asking who you bought the car from, and you bought it from them through an intermediary firm. The evidence from WA about the communication makes them crazy. I do not recommend because they are not transparent, but fraudsters who are located next to the authorized BMW service.

The best team in the world! The stuff was amazing, professional, friendly and kind. This thing is so rare in these days. Great experience. We bought a car almost entirely online, including a remote inspection and detailed videos from a very helpful seller. Everything went smoothly, and from the very first contact - when the car wasn’t even listed yet - to picking it up, it took only a week. Definitely recommended!

I have bought an ex leasing BMW though this dealer. The experience was very good. I was able to view the car for a long time and was not pressured by the dealer. My contact person was Maxim and he had provided me with both car keys and a document where all the issues with the car from their inspection were documented. I have received a good support when I had questions and was also able to test drive a car. From the moment that I have decided to buy a car I have received all the support and guidance that I required to drive the car off the lot, including help with numberplates and registration. Pros: Very quick answers, the car was reserved for me once I had made an appointment. I did not have to worry that someone else would come before me and would buy the car. Speaking English was not a problem at all. Cons: The cars were parked really close to each other. I am a bigger guy and it was difficult to get into the passenger seat. Still, that is a small price to pay for the quality of the car that I got.
