We rented a minivan from AVM for our “Little Paleontologist” summer camp, and everything was perfect. The vehicle was clean, reliable, and very comfortable for our group. The staff was professional, kind, and always available to help. Traveling with children requires extra care, and AVM gave us full peace of mind throughout the trip. We are extremely satisfied with their service and look forward to renting again next year!

OK I don't know what the deal is with Google I want to write another review about AVM and it just lists my last review from 3 years ago. Trying to get help form Google is not happening Thanks, Google So here is the deal I told Denis I would be back and I was I rented a great Mercedes 9 psgr van from his company this year ( 2026) for a week. I took my group from Munich to Austria to ski, the van was perfect and in mint condition. Denis knowing I was a USA citizen prearranged the navigation to English. Thanks. This is a local company, support locals. Denis also arranged to meet me at the Munich airport at the end of the rental. He did right on time, 9 of us unloaded and off to our flights. Managed to get a car at very short notice (1 day). We rented the car to travel to Fussen for the weekend. Car collection was very quick and efficient. Car was in good shape. Returning the car was also hassle free. Highly recommend this company for a professional and reliable service. Thank you !

Denis, the owner was very professional in the offer of minibus hire. All completed over email and no language difficulties. Minibus was delivered to Munich airport and collected, pristine condition. Would recommend this company and we will not look elsewhere when travelling through Munich.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Absolutely my worst experience not just with a car rental service but with any business in general. Firstly their website says they're open from 7:30 on working days so unsurprisingly by 7:40 there were already 3 of us waiting for a car we all planned to have by 8, as per the reservation. The receptionist (or whatever she calls herself but she surely doesn't have the manners or the language skills to be a receptionist in a real business) casually strolled in straight at 8, the "boss" (again, never of a serious business, at least not longer than a month or so before everybody realizes what he's about) came half an hour later and I didn't see him do anything at all even though he had a line there filled with customers in apparent hurry. As I said I was there at 7:40, got to the girl at 8:40. Then the real fun started. I said I had a reservation. She said I didn't. I told her what about the email right there at the screen she's looking at? Oh, that's not confirmed, it's just that we received the email? Their damned mail said exactly this: "Your reservation is valid with confirmation by AVM!" Yeah, you can imagine how she spoke English if she could send this crap to customers and think
