} I am writing this review from Saudi Arabia regarding my experience with the warranty service for my Audi A3 2022. Unfortunately, the local dealership is clearly avoiding responsibility for a warranty issue. My car has interior parts that became swollen and damaged due to heat, including steering wheel buttons and the “P” button on the AC control. Instead of properly inspecting the issue, they claimed it was caused by cleaning products, which is completely incorrect. The car is still under warranty, but I have experienced repeated delays, excuses, and what feels like clear avoidance of the warranty responsibility. This is extremely disappointing for a brand with the reputation of Audi. I hope Audi Germany reviews this situation seriously, because customers should not have to deal with denial and misleading explanations when their vehicle is still under warranty

Bought a car from them that costed me very much, in 30000km( a year and a half) had problems for over 8000€! Asked them for answers and said they couldn’t do anything, that’s very poor service! Never buying from them again.

Very bad and rude service. This morning I was calling to check when our car can be picked up. The car has a battery issue and the company needs to replace it. The lady told me that they will call me back. I further asked when they will call me back, and the lady just handed up the phone. I can't believe it...It is really rude. I think for our next car we will never choose audi again. We had a BMW before, and the service was a lot better. The service is very important...it will just make your life easier.

The service was always good and quick, the receptionists are super nice. The place itself is beautiful. However, their selling team has let me down pretty bad. I've been a costumer for a few years. My husband and I have leased 5 different cars there in the past 9 years. We were supposed to get new cars again this year. I have contacted our salesperson per email and he never got back to me. So, we went there, and he promised to send us new offers and I haven’t gotten one single offer from him in 2 months! Our Salesperson has always been a very pleasant person and has treated us well in the occasions when we went there. Too bad that Audi has no interest in keeping its costumers anymore. I’m pretty disappointed at them.
