Poor bad advice, when asked for trailer tyre repair. We spend hours through traffic jams across Munich after we were given incorrect advice.

Visited with two cars for inspection and a TPMS sensor replacement. The staff was unwilling to communicate — when I explained I speak English, the employee responded "In Germany we speak German" and made zero effort to find a colleague who could help or find another solution. I left without any service being done. Disappointing and unprofessional attitude for a major chain workshop.

I received an email confirmation for my appointment, but on-site, they couldn't locate it in their system. Three team members collaborated for 15 minutes until they discovered some inconsistencies. However, they were kind enough to take in my car despite discrepancies in the ATU system and human errors in the car enrollment. I also encountered inconsistent invoices. I was given a certain price during car drop-off, but the invoice at car pickup reflected different prices, even though no additional services were performed compared to the initial drop-off invoice. This caused further confusion. The third issue arose with the emergency sets; they were initially marked as expired, but upon rechecking, they were not expired. This made me hesitant to rely on and trust their inspection for my TÜV certificate appointment. It was somewhat of a time waste, but I was relieved that the car was ready early, aside from these inconveniences and inconsistencies.

This place refused me service and wasted my time. I booked an appointment on their website and described car and services. On the day of service I had to tell everything again. The guy spoke unintelligibly with some accent, and was rude when I could not understand him. He was also rude to his colleague in front of other customers. He said he could not service the car because it's from the US. It's registered in Germany and suspension is the same as a local car model. They don't need your money. You're better off spending it elsewhere.

I'm sure not all places are like this, we had brought a car that had winter tyres on so we chose some tyres and a time to change them, when the day had come we waited and watched whilst they fitted the tyres onto the rims we had brought and then they started to fold down the seats and put the new summer tyres into the back of the car! We managed to stop them before they got too far and thought all would ok...turns out they didn't fit them properly and they were losing so much pressure we had to fill them daily with air. We contacted them but they're terrible at responding so we ended up taking it to them and they said if it was due to driving over nails then we would have to buy new tyres (even though we chose Goodyear for their Warranty against things of this nature) but as suspected it was due to them not being fitted properly and they still tried to charge us for it...from now on we are going to spend a little extra for quality of work from other places...give this place a wide berth or try another A.T.U cause these guys are shocking
