I’m a huge fan of this hotel! Comfortable room with a bath, the saunas are lovely, and breakfast is great. Cheeses were particularly good. The highlight was how pleasant the staff were - from the guy at the front desk to the guy who handles the breakfast room. All really pleasant and they are maintaining a very nice working culture there.

Incredible hotel, I stayed from Monday to Friday and found my stay very pleasant and easy. I was able to check in with ease and they even offered to store our bags after we checked out until our flight! A great central location within easy walking distance to most tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I truly admire the hotel's commitment to sustainability. Will come here on my next trip to Berlin!

A new hotel in a newly built area at the edge of Museum Island and Alexanderplatz on one side and a short walk to Gendarmenmarkt on the other. New spacious rooms . Service is welcoming but in Berlin you really should not spend long in your room. Cleaning is done on request not daily (unless that’s what you ask for) which is a nice touch.

The service is good, and the staff was friendly throughout the stay. Unfortunately, the breakfast was rather disappointing. While the selection and quality were acceptable, I had expected a higher standard overall for a 4 star hotel. The room itself is quite dated and not particularly cozy. The furnishings and overall atmosphere feel somewhat cheap and could benefit from renovation. For a short stay of a few nights, it is acceptable, but it does not offer much beyond that. On a positive note, the location is very good and convenient.
