I didn’t want to go there because of all the bad reviews. However, I decided to take a chance, and I am so glad I did!! It was a great, quick and seamless experience. The staff was very helpful and ready to show me all my options and ready to answer all my questions before buying a product. They made sure that I got the best that fit with what I wanted to use it for. The whole purchase process is very quick and automated without trouble.

I am honestly very angry and disappointed with my experience today. I bought a new iPhone from this store and only asked for help transferring my data. The staff member assigned to me was extremely rude and disrespectful. He told me the transfer would take 4–5 hours and said go and do this at home tonight. When I said I could wait, he took my phone, walked away, ignored me, and continued helping other customers. Hardly After around 40 minutes my data transferred and he rudely told me to leave the store🤬 The way he treated me felt discriminatory and completely unacceptable. He ruined what should have been a memorable day for me. Apple, is this really how you want your customers to be treated? I hope management sees this review and takes this complaint seriously. ⚠️ If you are planning to visit this store, please be aware of my experience. I definitely do not want to visit this store again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Apple Store at Marienplatz is modern, spacious, and well organized. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions without any pressure to buy. Service was efficient, and the store had a great selection of Apple products and accessories to explore. Its central location makes it easy to visit while shopping or sightseeing in Munich. A great experience overall.

I was looking for Trade-in here on my ipad, but after evaluating the price and putting my ipad back in backpack, I left Munchen and later discovered a password on my IPad, so now I can‘t sell it ! Perfect work!!!🤬🤬🤬

Even with the massive crowds and the constant hustle and bustle across both levels, the staff remains remarkably friendly, composed, and genuinely eager to help. They always greet you with a warm smile and demonstrate incredible patience, whether you are simply browsing, making a quick purchase, or needing in-depth technical support. Their ability to maintain such a welcoming, professional, and attentive attitude in such a fast-paced, high-traffic environment is truly commendable.
