Allerletzte Loch, wirklich nur zum ausnüchtern, mehr nicht und selbst dafür ätzend. Fotos sind anders als es wirklich ist.

Booked a place here, and the owner switched us to a different property just a few weeks prior to our arrival. It was further out of town, so it cost us about $30 in bus fares for 3 days. No way of knowing if it was an upgrade or not. Not much choice at that point.

Sehr enttäuscht! Als ich in dieser Wohnung ankam, war ich ein wenig überrascht, wo sie sich befand. Als ich eintrat, war ich schockiert… Der Geruch von Zigaretten, Bierflaschen, auf den Tisch ,geworfene ungewaschene Handtücher, ein ungemachtes Bett, unordentlich und sehr schmutzig, das Badezimmer war auch nicht sauber und sehr viel Müll! Sehr düster diese Wohnung ,ohne Gardinen mit alten Fenstern, in denen man einfach alles hört was draußen passiert und vor allem jeder hineinsehen kann wenn man ein wenig Licht haben möchte (ohne die Rollläden unten zu haben)! Als ich der Besitzer anrief, teilte ich ihm mit, dass ich diese Wohnung in einem sehr schlechten Zustand vorgefunden habe und er antwortete sehr ruhig, als ob so etwas normal sei und dass vielleicht ein Fehler im Reinigungsplan sei und dass im Laufe des Tages ein Zimmermädchen kommen wird. Von dem Moment an, als ich diese Wohnung so schmutzig und stinkend sah, wollte ich nicht mehr dort bleiben und das ist verständlich, weil nicht meine Schuld ist, sondern deren Schuld. Ich finde es unverantwortlich von deren Seite, das ist deren einzige Aufgabe und das ist zu reinigen! Es ist nicht verständlich, dass dieser Herr das Geld lieb

Laut, laut klein eng und nicht besonders ausgestattet nicht mal eine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden schwer zu finden sehr schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten und die ganze Nacht Lärm pinkeln und erbrechen vom betrunkenen gegen die Wand das ganze im Erdgeschoss Nie mehr

It's a lovely small apartment in the middle of old town Regensburg! I would recommend staying here any day of the week :) The only complaint I have is that it's noisy at night, but when you're on vacation sleep isn't very important. :P
