Our 2 bedroom apartment was absolutely perfect for our 2 week stay. The decor and furniture is updated, cozy and comfortable; we slept soundly every night; the kitchen is small but had everything we needed for cooking and the appliances, pots/pans and dishes were all in very good condition. The location is perfect and sitting on the balcony every day watching people stroll and bike by on the riverside trail was so relaxing and pleasant. Instructions and communication was excellent. We loved Regensburg and this apartment so much we've already booked it again for a trip next year! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Wir haben den Jahreswechsel in Regensburg mit Freunden verbracht. Beide Familien haben eine Ferienwohnung in der Wassergasse gemietet, 11.1 und 11.3...und wir waren alle restlos begeistert. Die Begleitung durch die Vermieter, die Wohnung, die Lage...einfach alles top. Die Wohnung war hervorragend ausgestattet, sehr geschmackvoll, die Vermieter haben uns sehr gut informiert, waren immer ansprechbar, super nett und die Lage einfach unschlagbar, direkt über die Steinerne Brücke ging es in 15 min in das Stadtzentrum. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall im Sommer wieder.

Hallo, die 1A-Lage der FeWo mit direktem Blick auf einen Seitenarm der Donau, den Auen und der Steinernen Brücke hat sehr dazu beigetragen, sich in Regensburg wohl zu fühlen. Alles konnten wir fußläufig erreichen (Altstadt, Schiffsanleger, Läden, Biergarten, ...). Die Wohnung mit kleinem, aber feinen Balkon war gut ausgestattet und für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Kleiner Hinweis: Auf die Stufe zwischen Küche/Bad zur Diele sollte optisch aufmerksam gemacht werden. Immer wieder gerne. Marlis und Christine

Very nice accommodation in the middle of Regensburg, so close to the historic centre. The apartment is very well equiped, there was everything we needed. Perfect communication with owners, we got all important information. Definitely we want to come back :-))
