Die Yogastunden finden in einer tollen Villa statt, der Raum ist sehr angenehm mit tollen Fenstern. Obwohl es mitten drin ist hat man nicht das Gefühl einer Stadt. Man kann sehr gut abschalten. Der Yin Yoga Kurs ist der Hammer. Die Stimmung und die Stimme von Anais ist so angenehm. Sie gibt immer wieder Tipps. Geheimtipp!!!

Wunderschöner Yogaraum in ehrwürdiger Villa! Viola ist eine super Yogalehrerin, sehr einfühlsam, achtsam und authentisch! Ich liebe ihre Yogastunden und freue mich jede Woche darauf. Danach fühle mich immer total erfrischt und aufgetankt!

Ich bin schon über 2 Jahre bei Viola, und darf sagen : Sie ist die beste Yoga Lehrerin in ganz München . Sie besitzt eine Leichtigkeit und liebe , sie ist authentisch und holt jeden Menschen liebevoll ab wo er steht, mit so viel Selbstverständlichkeit . Bei ihr im Anamshala Yoga Raum vergisst man sehr schnell, das man mitten in der wilden Stadt sitzt. Eine Bereicherung für jeden Menschen, von Herz zu Herz. Danke das ich sie gefunden habe und ich ihre wunderschönen Yoga Stunden erleben und genießen durfte . Liebe Grüße aus meiner neuen Heimat Niederbayern, Martina ❤🧘‍♀️

Ein wunderbar warmer Ort der Entspannung. In den Stunden die ich bis jetzt genießen konnte wurde ich Anfängergerecht zu den verschiedenen Stellungen hin- und angeleitet. Inzwischen ist der Hund tatsächlich eine entspannende Haltung. Nun freue ich mich auf weitere Herausforderungen und entspanne bei dem was ich schon kenne. Angenehme gemischte Gruppen zwischen 3 und 8 Personen. Kurse zu den verschiedensten Zeiten passen gut in meinen Alltag.
