I love the R&B Power Yoga sessions with Anaïs! She is really competent, careful in correcting our yoga poses and very passionate about teaching yoga (and about R&B music, of course!) The sessions are well structured, and Anaïs always shows the different difficulty levels of a pose, so that we can adjust the pose to our present needs. Furthermore, her voice is really beautiful and perfect for the final meditation :)
