Ich möchte meine durchweg positive Erfahrung mit der hauswirtschaftlichen Versorgung des ambulanten Pflegedienstes teilen. Das Team ist äußerst professionell, freundlich und einfühlsam. Sie haben nicht nur meine Erwartungen erfüllt, sondern sie sogar übertroffen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuverlässig besonders Joanna und gehen individuell auf die Bedürfnisse ein. Ob es um die Reinigung, das Einkaufen oder die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten geht – alles wird mit großer Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Detail erledigt. Ich fühle mich in meiner eigenen Wohnung sehr gut betreut und unterstützt. Besonders schätze ich die offene Kommunikation und die Flexibilität des Teams. Sie sind immer bereit, auf spezielle Wünsche einzugehen und haben mir in vielen Situationen eine große Erleichterung verschafft. Ich kann diesen ambulanten Pflegedienst nur wärmstens empfehlen! Seit nun mehr als drei Jahren arbeiten wir mit dem Pflegedienst zusammen. Die Betreuung und die Anforderungen werden stets erfüllt - sehr zuverlässig. Auch spontane Änderungen in der Medikation oder der Vergabe werden adhoc umgesetzt. Man ist hier sehr flexibel und hilfsbereit. Bei Rückfragen stehen alle Mitarbeiter inkl. dem Geschäftsführer stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Daher gibt es von uns für die Betreuung unserer Mutter 5 Sterne und eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.

Der beste Pflegedienst, den ich je erlebt habe. Sehr höfliche und fürsorgliche Mitarbeiter, die ihren Job sehr gut beherrschen, manchmal sogar besser als die Ärzte. Besonderen Respekt an Herrn De Buhr und seine Büro-Mädchen, die die bürokratische Seite sehr gut erledigen. Diesen Pflegedienst kann ich mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

Habe vor Ort erfahren, was so ein Pflegedienst tut. Kann nur sagen, alle machen es sehr sehr gut und gehen auf den Patienten ein. Sehr gut ausgebildetes Personal, von Johanna, Melanie weitere Namen leider vergessen (sorry) bis Thorsten. Ein großes Lob auf das Team von De Buhr.
