Meine Mutter wurde von den Pflegerinnen von Promed-Germany bis zu ihrem letzten Tag so liebevoll und fürsorglich betreut, dass wir unglaublich dankbar sind. Die Unterstützung in dieser schweren Zeit hat uns sehr entlastet, auch wenn der Abschied am Ende natürlich schmerzlich war. Absolute Herzensempfehlung für diesen wunderbaren Pflegedienst!

Wir haben mit Promed sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Von Anfang an lief alles zuverlässig und gut organisiert. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns jederzeit melden und haben schnell eine freundliche und hilfreiche Antwort bekommen. Gerade in so einer sensiblen Situation ist es wichtig, sich gut aufgehoben zu fühlen – und genau das war hier der Fall. Auch die Betreuungskräfte waren sorgfältig ausgewählt und sehr engagiert. Wir sind wirklich dankbar für die Unterstützung und können Promed mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Mehr als 2 Jahre wurden wir von PROmed und Herrn Jisca betreut und unterstützt. Herr Jisca hat in allen Situationen und Anfragen immer schnell reagiert und sich um kurzfristige und gute Lösung bemüht. Die Vermittlung der Pflegekräfte verlief unkompliziert und schnell. Dank der kompetenten Hilfe von ihm und seinem Team konnten wir unseren Großeltern noch eine schöne Zeit zu Hause schenken. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und können die Agentur guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
