Very poor experience. It is a self service hotel which is fine. However, we recently experienced a food spill and utilized towels for clean up. There was minimal toilet paper and tissue paper that we tried to use for cleaning, but unsuccessful. The hotel told us that the towels would need to have specialized care for cleaning which confuses us because we can clean towels easily with food spillage without specialized services….we were also told that we could’ve asked them for help but it’s a self service hotel and had no instructions for us to utilize real human staff for help, still we were confused because we didn’t think it was a serious issue considering our vast experience in hotels. We were also told we would be charged for the towel “damage.” About one night stay was so uncomfortable, the rooms were extremely hot with no air flow causing food spoilage and spillage. There was no privacy or separation in the rooms. The shower leaked everywhere and you could not bathe comfortable without making a huge water mess. I advise to look elsewhere unfortunately.

The hotel was an amazing experience. The room was big, clean and quite confortable. The bathroom was nicely appointed and the only thing perhaps is that a larger shower would have been nice. The location is great, right in the city center, not that Würzburg is that big anyway. Overall a very enjoyable experience, I would go there again

very nice hotel. we had really good attention at the reception and we're quickly allocated. There is no elevator so you need to use the stairs. Rooms are small but comfortable. Bathroom was clean and functional. Breakfast was a little bit limited but the food quality was very good. Recommended!
