Ich durfte die Ashtanga Yoga Foundations Ausbildung bei Julia besuchen und hatte eine wunderschöne Zeit. Julia ist eine großartige Ausbilderin und Yoga-Lehrerin. Würde ich näher an Würzburg wohnen, würde ich auch in ihren Unterricht kommen. Jeder, der sich für Ashtanga Yoga interessiert ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Meine Rezension bezieht sich sowohl auf den Yoga Kurs, die Yoga Einzelstunde als auch auf Vita Plastica. Also vielleicht mit Snacks und Getränken eindecken, der Text wird etwas länger ;) Yoga Kurs: Ich habe Julia durch den Yoga Anfänger Kurs entdeckt. Die Kurse sind fachlich und menschlich sehr zu empfehlen. Julia leitet die Kurse sehr professionell und gleichzeitig herzlich. Das schöne Ambiente in den Aloha Räumen in Rottenbauer rundet alles toll ab. Das Thema Atem spielt beim Ashtanga Kurs eine tragende Rolle und hat für meine mentale und körperliche Gesundheit viele positive Auswirkungen. Einzelstunde: Die Einzelstunde Yoga ist ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert, dort kann dann individuell auf Fragen und Themen eingegangen werden. Vita Plastica: Als holistische Behandlungsoption zur natürlichen Verjüngung, Regeneration und Entspannung: Aufgrund starker Schmerzen im Brustkorb Bereich Post Covid und Narben im Gesicht habe ich einige Vita Plastica Behandlungen gebucht. Vita Plastica bei Julia war die einzige Behandlung, die nach ein paar Terminen die Heilung der Post Covid Symptome ermöglicht hat - Julia hat geschafft, was bei anderen Behandlern nicht möglich war, deshalb ganz große

Die Yogastunde mit Julia ist sehr abwechslungsreich, fordernt und entspannend zugleich. Man merkt wie viel Liebe Julia in die Gestaltung ihrer Stunden legt, trotz fester Serie ist jede Stunde individuell.

Julia ist eine tolle Yogalehrerin und eine ganz wunderbare Person. Nach meiner Erfahrung holt sie jeden Schüler dort ab, wo er gerade steht. In ihren Stunden fühle mich sehr wohl, gefordert und unterstützt.

Jeden Montag genieße ich den Yoga&Pilates Kurs mit Julia und fühle mich danach deutlich beweglicher und innerlich ruhiger. Ich hatte davor nicht viel Erfahrung mit Yoga und trotzdem hatte ich nie das Gefühl überfordert zu sein. Sie geht sehr einfühlsam und unaufdringlich auf jeden Einzelnen ein und ich freue mich, sie empfohlen bekommen zu haben.
