I have been a patient of this practice for about 1.5 years and I have to say, I agree with all the reviews here: the doctor is nice and all, but cannot compensate for the inept and unprofessional group of receptionist/others that run the practice. Another big issue , if you are looking for flexibility and/or to be able to visit the doctor with relatively short notice 1-2 weeks, which is not even that short...you can forget about it! extremely unavailable for appointments...and good luck trying to go there without and appointment...you will learn what ' unwelcomed' feel like lol. Bottom line: do not think that there are no better doctors and practices out there!! even if you don't speak German... because there are!! I found a new practice and I am delighted !!!! I have to be honest...I feel like a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders...I was always worried about having to go to this practice. NOT any moreeeeeeeeeeeee so take my advice, visit other doctors and experience for yourself, There are so many!! there is absolutely no reason to stick with this poorly managed place. YOU DESERVE BETTER!!

Great doctor, kind, attentive and very professional. I can recommend her without any doubt. Great for Spaniards looking for medical attention in their mother language. Also, the multicultural team attending the praxis is very kind. And they recently change to a new place so all there is really great.

Dr Silvia Sandow has been my husband and my General Doctor in Munich since 3 years ago and we are very happy with her service. Dr Sandow is very professional, kind and great doctor. I love her new praxis, the location is central and the atmosphere is calm and very spacious in comparison to the previous one. The team of nurses are nice and professional and since they are a very multicultural team and there is always someone that is able to help me out either in Spanish or English (among other languages). 100% recommended!
