Honestly, can’t thank this place enough for helping me get back on my feet after my leg surgery. The whole team is super friendly and professional. Huge thanks to Julia, my therapist, who literally taught me to walk again. She’s just incredible at what she does and is highly professional, you can completely trust her expertise. I just finished 6 sessions with Natalia after a painful knee injury that I thought I would never recover from. Every single session brought me positive results. I can honestly say that I'm stronger, more capable, and can independently take myself on the road to recovery because of my sessions with her. As other reviews note, from the moment you walk in the door, you are treated as a valuable human being with caffeination needs and kindness. The entire staff was welcoming at each visit, the treatment rooms and exercise areas are top-notch and clean, and their professionalism is the best in the business. Thank you, aktivteam!

On the positive side, the staff was friendly, and the center itself is modern and clean. However, I unfortunately did not receive the treatment as advertised. The practice states that they develop an individual training plan tailored to each patient's needs. I came with knee issues, but after two sessions I still had not received any training plan, recommended exercises, or access to the app they advertise for personalized exercises. During the first session, the physiotherapist mentioned that I would receive exercises to do at home, but until the next appointment I was simply told to continue doing what I had already been doing, without any additional adjustments. After the second session, when I specifically asked for exercises, I was only told that pistol squats and Bulgarian squats are good for strengthening. There was no assessment of whether I was performing them correctly, no discussion of sets or reps, and no explanation of how they should fit into an overall training program. I eventually decided to cancel the remaining appointments. Additionally, before scheduling my first appointment, I specifically asked whether it would be possible to combine two sessions covered b

I had 10 sessions with Stella for my shoulder injury. She was friendly at all times, listened to me, adapted my training plan multiple times. I have seen significant improvement to power, mobility and stability. Will prefer aktivteam for my future injuries 😀
