For beauty and wellness businesses, it is worth asking how long the treatment takes, whether the quoted price includes VAT and what the cancellation policy is. Popular slots fill quickly, so book early. German saunas and thermal baths have their own etiquette: most sauna areas are textile-free (no swimwear), you sit on your towel, you shower before every session, and the Aufguss, the attendant's steam ritual, runs to a posted timetable.

Berlin is in the state of Berlin, the capital and largest city of Germany; summers are warm, winters grey and cold with occasional snow, and the dense U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus network puts most businesses within a few minutes' walk of a stop. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

A great place for kids who want to learn swimming. It is a little expensive, but definitely worth it. The teachers are friendly, patient, and very helpful. My daughter is currently learning here, and we are happy with her progress so far. The staff is amazing and always supportive. I will share a more detailed review once she completes her course.

We've been coming here for over a year and our daughter looks forward to the classes. Our 2-year old just started and the instructor (starts with "O") is super dynamic, patient and encouraging. We love him! The other instructor, the woman, is very professional and seems very nice.

Unfortunately most of the time the staff seems stressed out. Not the happiest place for children to learn swimming. Some of the teachers are really nice (and good), but especially the staff on the phone/ at reception seems to hate their job. "Kundenfreundlichkeit" is simply not existing. EDIT: they seem to have read the comments and it has gotten much better or mights have left the unfriendly ones ; )
