I really enjoyed the training session with the instructor. I came in feeling a bit nervous and with a lot of questions, and left with a much better understanding of belaying, what to pay attention to, and how to act in different situations. What I appreciated most was that it didn’t feel like a standard lesson where someone simply follows a program. The instructor patiently answered all my questions, explained the reasoning behind every action, and helped me understand the important details. As someone who wants to use these skills in the mountains, that was especially valuable. Thank you for your professionalism, the welcoming atmosphere, and the individual approach. After a session like this, I feel motivated to keep learning and improving.

Rike is one of the best trainers I’ve ever seen, and she’s incredibly intelligent, creative, and friendly. She’s also empathetic and knows how to address your questions. She encourages you to question yourself and learn how to properly climb and hang on the Biuldering wall without rushing or getting too tired. It’s unfortunate that she has an injury that requires a long recovery. Despite this, she’s shown the students techniques in detail and has a fire of hunger for bouldering in her eyes. I wish her the best of luck in recovering and helping others learn. I would always come back for her energy, motivation, and creativity in bouldering .

I don't have a ton of comparisons to make in the area, im only thinking of what Seattle area gyms were like. This place has a good range of climbs, a little more lead climbs then I'd like and a little more inverted climbing than I'd like. The staff are incredibly helpful and most speak English very well. They have a sauna area and it is heavily used.

Magic Mountain is a superior indoor climbing centre. I was able to book an instructor at very short notice during a short holiday in the city. Everyone was very super friendly and helpful to a non-German speaker. I had the best two hours climbing with Francis and even conquered some fears. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you.

We were there yesterday to celebrate my daughter's birthday and we couldn't be happier. Everyone was nice and welcoming. The children had monitors who were positive, encouraging, and they had a wonderful time. As a parent, you are welcome to relax upstairs or to go with the group. We will come back as a family to try it again. 10/10.
