Woods is a lovely cocktail bar with a relaxed atmosphere, expertly crafted drinks, and cocktails that are well balanced, high quality, and clearly prepared with care. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that, for my personal taste, it is not the style of cocktails I enjoy the most. Of course it's a matter of preference. That said, I'd happily recommend Woods.

I had a truly pleasant time at Woods. They have a fantastic menu featuring thorough and thoughtful descriptions for every drink. The cocktails themselves certainly did not disappoint, they are of excellent quality and expertly crafted. I also loved that the staff took their time to explain the drinks to us when serving them, which was a really nice touch. It was on the quieter side when I visited, but I would highly recommend making a reservation in advance. A must-visit spot in Cologne.

Amazing cocktail bar, darker, more intimate atmosphere, good music. Bartender was top notch and drinks were original, well presented and super tasty. Definitely recommended!

Me and my partner came here twice, we were visiting Cologne for the Christmas markets and while we were here we wanted to find a classy cocktail bar. Well Woods ticked that box perfectly, the cocktail they created were top class and the service was perfect. Both nights we had different waiters (unfortunately didn’t catch their names) but both were spot on! Couldn’t recommend this place more if you want to go to a quite, classy cocktail bar where they know how to make the best drinks!
