Super unhöflicher Mitarbeiter. Ich komme rein mit einem Paket, lege es auf den Tresen ( unfrankiert) und sage:"Moment ich suche kurz den QR Code." Leider hat sich meine App dazu nicht direkt geöffnet. Da werde ich über den Tresen angeblafft - der Mitarbeiter hat dabei die ganze Zeit auf sein Handy geschaut - "Was ist denn jetzt, was heißt hier Moment?" Ich meinte ich suche eben den Code, er daraufhin: "du kannst ja nicht um 17:00 (es war 16:45) einfach das Paket auf den Tisch legen nichts sagen und davon ausgehen, dass ich es auch noch nehmen muss." Da meinte ich, ich kann auch gehen, er so mach das, dann bin ich gegangen. Nie wieder! Zudem finde ich es eine Frechheit, dass man auf der Straße aus dem Kiosk heraus gefilmt wird. Dazu gibt es 1. keinen Grund und es ist 2. nicht erlaubt. Die Straße ist nicht Teil des Kiosk.

Mein absoluter Stammkiosk in Ehrenfeld. Freundliche Verkäufer, angenehme Atmosphäre und eine grandiose Auswahl. Alles ordentlich und sauber – Ein fester Anlaufpunkt im Veedel. 😊

r Mitarbeiter wollte mein Paket nicht annehmen, nur weil der Karton angeblich zu groß war. Totaler Schwachsinn. Wenn man mit GLS arbeitet muss man GLS-Pakete auch annehmen. Punkt. Außerdem war er null freundlich richtig unhöflich und hat total respektlos geredet. So ein Verhalten geht gar nicht.

Habe einen Teppich (120x140) dort hin liefern lassen. War in einem anderen Bundesland und konnte es erst nach 4 Tagen abholen, aber da man 8 Tage zeit hat, sollte das kein problem sein. Mein Packet wurde einfach wieder zurück geschickt, weil sie keinen platz hatten… Super. Ich hätte anrufen sollen oder es einfach holen kommen sollen. Vielleicht sollte man dann einfach nicht angeben, dass jedes packet dort 8 Tage stehen kann. Sehr enttäuschend.
