I was on Saturday in the store. I was standing with shoes and wanted some consulting about them. There was the man with black cap who was working there. This seller was speaking to another, maybe customer, I don’t know. It was about 20 minutes or more. It was really upset for me that I couldn’t get help. I was convinced to go out. No recommendations.

The store is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Leon, the salesperson, was truly outstanding—an absolute gem. He listened carefully to my concerns about size and fit and offered thoughtful, accurate guidance. His deep knowledge of footwear was evident and really helped us make an informed decision. A brand grows through the quality of its people, and Leon is exactly the kind of employee who elevates the customer experience. Thanks to him, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both the store and its footwear to friends looking for comfortable shoes.
