I like uniqlo very much! But this new store is köln is cramped, doesn't feel well organised. The shopping experience at the old store was so much better

Uniqlo has enough options for daily wear and the collection is ok. The only downside was the trial room queue, which was quite long. Maybe because it was Saturday.

Excellent stores, very wide variety of clothes, very good prices and very good quality! The staff is also very polite and smiling!

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of products and customer service at UNIQLO Köln. I purchased a jacket that started shedding feathers after being worn fewer than ten times in just one month. When I went to the store to resolve the issue, I had to explain the situation repeatedly to three different staff members, including the manager, only to be told that I was somehow responsible for the defect. As someone who regularly spends €300-400 at UNIQLO, I expected better treatment and accountability. Instead, I was met with unprofessionalism and no effort to resolve the issue or provide compensation. If this is the level of quality and service UNIQLO stands by, I will never shop here again. Do better.

Basic Japanese designs and products. Well organized store. I felt few products are overpriced and not worth the quality and the rest are good.
