Imagine hosting a DJ from South Africa and being terrible and poc unfriendly .. I have never in my life felt so unwelcomed and I have been to many clubs . Only reason why it’s two stars was because the dj was amazing….

Unfortunately, the staff were rude and arrogant. They acted as if we had entered for free, not with our tickets and fees. We were not satisfied.

I went there with a friend when we went to the bar the staff was being rude saying that my friend couldn’t get a drink since she’s not 18, I told her she is 18 the staff asked for id which my friend handed over to her then she proceeded to say that she wasn’t 18 and asked for the date of birth to confirmed. Mind you it was loud in the club so we couldn’t hear anything and we were confused she then told us to go out and the security kicked us out and say we were rude when we weren’t being rude at all and never said anything mean. I asked why and they didn’t answer just said that we were kicked out and not welcome back in. The staff were unfriendly and always in a bad mood so i wouldn’t recommend especially if you don’t know a lot or German or if you’re a foreigner!

Ok, so, across the road my wife and three friends met for a drink and to plan our night. We saw Vivid was open and free for women (seems sexist, but ok). I stayed back to pay the bill why the girls crossed the road to go in. No issue. I cam across after paying to be told "Reservations only" and refused entry. Here i was, worried as an English speaking only person, id have an issue with my digital license from Australia. I rang my wife and they came out confussed because they, just moments ago, accepted her Australian license. They paid $40 Euro apparently for entry, and werent able to get a refund when forced to leave because i was unable to enter, as it was "Reservation Only". My friend, who speaks Dutsche, approached the guy who refused my entry to be told - "Oh, its actually because ur friend is drunk". Which, we all know is rubbish as we all had a single drink at the Shisha bar across the road (happy to provide receipts, homies! 😊). Anywho....oldest rubbish trick in the book. We went on to Diamonds to have an awesome night! So definately recoomme d u bypass this place, and head straight to Diamonds.
