My waiting from ,,modern west Deutchland offices,, was too high ! Absolutely catastrophe , no organization , workers havent basic knowledge , digitalization 0 , communication arrogant and poisoning ! On every visit they want different papers , phone noone never pick up and communication without knowledge of rules for EU countries. I visited many offices around the world mostly with very friendly and helpfull workers . Koln office is absolutely worst place i ever visit !

They have been amazing. When the record is hard to find, they always find it, or they direct me to where I can find it. I truly appreciate all the hard work of the employees that have personally assisted me so that I can create an accurate family tree.

This department should be as soon as possible privatized!!! I tried to make an appointment via an email on 01.03.2022 and a phone call on 06.03.2022 and 11.03.2022. I didn’t have any reply from them till now (06.04.2022). I decided to walk-in. Of course, they asked me to make an appointment via email or phone call. You can’t even make an appointment at the reception! They don’t deserve my taxes!!!
