Während der Gottesdienste im Westwerk sind auch dort Besichtigungen nicht möglich. Im Juli 2024 und in der ersten Augusthälfte 2024 werden sanierungsbedingt zudem auch alle Gottesdienste im Westwerk ausgesetzt.

One of the twelve large romanesque churches of Cologne, recently opened after restoration. The magnificent late gothic altar-screen (Lettner) is absolutely worth seeing

The Church of Saint Pantaleon is one of Cologne’s oldest churches, built between 966 and 972. One of its most distinctive features is the beautiful Baroque interior, which adds a unique contrast to its early Romanesque structure.

A church in Cologne, historically very important and architecturally beautiful. It's definitely worth a visit. The gate and entrance may appear locked, but it's actually open to the public free of charge. Accessible by public transportation.

This parish is a beacon for all serious Catholics. Services are worthy ceremonies without ingratiations to any Zeitgeist. Confessions are heard regularly and frequently. Also, sermons or other content is suited to all audiences, from children to seniors, but never lacking proper depth and foundation. Finally, I personally felt more than welcome even during the so-called pandemic and its related health regulations, for which I am grateful to this day.
