This place was horrible, not only isn’t there a receptionist but whenever we called they always said “we will call you in about 10 minutes” and they never called. The service was terrible and our rooms were double booked. They also took extra money from my account. Never go to this place because they are scammers

I stayed her for 5 nights and can't recommend it enough. The room was really nice and clean. The location is unbeatable in Berlin. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, some are even open 24 hours. It's also a 5 minute walk to the Ubahn and Sbahn stations. The only thing to be concerned about is that the room was quite warm as there is no A/C. However, we bought a fan from the electronics store in the mall across the street (€20) and it made the room nice and cool. If you're staying for a few days, a fan is worth the investment.
