Worst online shopping experience ever. They never reply to any email, there is no service hotline, their chatbot is useless, they do not correct mistakes. Took my money and no product arrived. Never again will I buy anything from P&C. Horrible, outdated "service". Stay away!

overall had a very pleasant shopping experience. The store is beautifully organized, very clean, and well arranged. The clothing sections are clearly structured, making it easy to find what you're looking for. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and comfortable. There is a great variety of brands and sizes, and the fitting rooms were tidy and well maintained. However, I was disappointed with the condition of the toilet area, especially the baby changing station. The sink was broken, there were no tissue rolls or hand wash available, and the trash bin was completely full. This was about two weeks ago, so I truly hope the issue has already been addressed and that the facilities are now in better condition. Apart from that, the shopping experience itself was very good.
