Ich habe hier einen Verlobungsring gekauft. Nach ein paar Monaten ist der Diamant aus der Fassung geflogen. Zum Glück haben wir ihn durch einen grossen Zufall gefunden. Er wurde dann für mehr als 200€ wieder eingesetzt, was wir selbst zahlen mussten. Meine Frau trägt den Ring heute noch gern ab und an. Nun ist er nach 2 Jahren wieder rausgeflogen und diesesmal hatten wir leider nicht so viel Glück. Der Stein ist weg. Als ich dieses Mal sagte das es doch nicht sein kann, das bei einem Ring im 4-stelligen Bereich der Stein zweimal rausfällt, wurde mir gesagt er hat zu starke Beschädigungen. Meine Frau passt sehr gut auf ihre Ringe auf und trägt ihn nicht oft. Es tut mir leid aber die Qualität der Fassung ist einfach schlecht und leider wird das nicht zugegeben sondern auf die Kunden geschoben. Ich rate jedem davon ab hier her zu kommen !

I had an unfortunate and deeply disappointing experience at this store on 01.07.2025, which I believe was racially motivated. I came in to have my watch repaired, encouraged by the positive reviews. Upon arrival, I found a glass security door attended by a security guard. Through the door, I could see an older gentleman with grey hair seated inside, whom I assumed to be the owner. When the security guard saw me, he did not open the door. Instead, he turned around and waited for a signal from the owner. After about two minutes of visible hesitation, the owner finally gestured for the door to be opened. I witnessed this exchange in full, standing outside the door the entire time. Once let in, I asked the guard why it had taken so long. His first response was that it had been raining, which made little sense, as the rain had stopped well before I arrived. Moreover, just moments before me, a group of three white customers had been allowed in without any delay or questioning. When I pointed this out, the story changed. He then claimed he was “just following security procedure.” However, based on what I experienced, those procedures seemed selectively applied only when a person of co

Me and my husband stopped there to see if we could get his wedding band resized. After discussing the pros and cons of getting the ring cut they came up with the idea to heat it up and sqeeze it and it came out perfect. We couldn't believe how quickly the service was done and we are very grateful. The Gentleman that helped us was very friendly. If you need jewlery or jewlery repair or a watch we highly recommend to stop by there first.
