Wir waren heute bei diesem Juwelier und sind wirklich begeistert vom Service! Wir wollten das Armband einer Uhr kürzen lassen und wurden direkt sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Mitarbeiter hat sich Zeit genommen, alles sorgfältig und professionell angepasst und dabei eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre geschaffen. Besonders schön fanden wir, wie aufmerksam und zuvorkommend wir behandelt wurden – man merkt sofort, dass hier Kundenservice großgeschrieben wird. Wir können diesen Juwelier absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr höfliche, faire und vertrauenswürdige Beratung. Mir wurde für mein Goldset der mit Abstand beste Preis angeboten, deutlich fairer als bei vielen anderen Händlern. Die Kundenbetreuung war sehr angenehm, ruhig und transparent. Auch mit meinen Kindern wurde sehr freundlich, geduldig und respektvoll umgegangen, was ich besonders geschätzt habe.
