We lodged here for 4 nights and our experience was top notch! My partner's birthday was within those nights and one of the staffs named Venus, surprised us and ensured that we had a pleasant celebration. Upon checkout, she gave us some nicely packaged water for the road. Little details does matter and makes a difference. Venus delivered!🫶🏼✨️🌟

Great location. High standard hotel, room and bathroom were super clean and the bed was really comfortable. Fantastic views of the Dom and city from the bedroom. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice, both got and cold. Friendly staff, Venus on reception was lovely.

* A reputable hotel wouldn't charge guests for parking, even if it is managed by an outside contractor. * The room was nice, but nothing special; the toilet clogged and caused a flood in the room. * The location is excellent, right next to the Chocolate Museum.
