A nice square to chill out in on a summer afternoon. If you like a bit of sun you can sit in the cafés on the riverside of the square and alternatively for shafe you can sit on the other side. In the square there is an Equestrian Monument to King Frederick William III of Prussia, which has an array of notable Prussians below him, but mot so notable that i can tell you who they are.

1. Don't Get Stuck at the Gate (Pay First!) Make sure you pay at the machine inside the garage before you head back to your car to exit. The exit terminal is fully automated and does not accept credit cards, cash, or any other form of payment. It only accepts their specific facility/membership card. If you drive up to the gate without paying first, you’ll likely find yourself stuck, so save yourself the trouble and settle your bill inside. 2. A Note on Parking Space Size Whether you find the parking spaces "large" or "small" likely depends on where you’re coming from: For European Drivers: If you are used to the often cramped parking conditions in France, the Netherlands, or Belgium, you will likely find this garage quite spacious and easy to navigate. For US Drivers: If you are accustomed to the sprawling, oversized spaces typical of US parking lots, you might find the spots here feel a bit tight and narrow. Take your time when maneuvering, especially if you are driving a larger vehicle. Overall, it’s a perfectly functional parking option, provided you keep the payment process and space limitations in mind!

Came by tram from the Cologne view tower -looking for a drink .plenty of bars / restaurants to be had in the old town -in fact it has more charm than round the Cathedral. Good food to be had here.

Lovely winter market. And it's great that it caries on after Christmas for a short while. The ice-skating looks fun and there is a good range of food and item stalls. Be mindful that many only accept cash. It was busy but managable

This Christmas market is worth a visit. Lots of very cute stalls for items and food/drinks. The ice rink is located here along with a curling type game you can play (reservation required). It gets busy but it is very enjoyable. Entry to the market is free. There are several parking garages nearby.
