This could really be a great place, but for a 4 star it is totally disappointing. The hotel is in a shady neighborhood but you can get to the center of the city in less than 5 mins by train with a small 5 mins walk to the station. The room: our minibar was not working, one of the 2 nightstand was also not working, we had to turn on the other one by pushing a button under the table (big plastic cube) not very practical. Nobody is working at the hotel between 22h and 09h so if you get to your room late and you notice something is wrong, well it is too bad for you. The mattress was fine, pillows.. not so fine. The shower could have been nice but even there something was broken. Personal point: it was very sad to see that this place was not being optimized at its highest potential. The bathroom upstairs could have really been amazing but no, a nice shower and next to it a small room with the WC and a tiny bathroom sink. Anyways it was not a bad experience but it could have been much better with a little effort.

DO NOT STAY. This is the worst place I ever been. We arrived on a Friday night, despite many attempts of contacting (by phone and email) the property to explain that we were running late due to a delayed flight we were locked out without a place to sleep. We were then incredibly disappointed to discover the state of the place. The ‘hotel’ is in a very bad state of wear and disrepair, furnished cheaply (described as ‘designer furniture’ on your website - hilarious), and is not clean. In addition to that, the surroundings were deafening and in the middle of an industrial estate. We were charged a ridiculous amount to have one of the worst travel experiences. We were inclined to not have stayed the rest of the days there; however as previously mentioned the city’s hotel was fully booked and the manager pointed out that due to the cancellation policy we would be charged the full price of the stay anyway.
