I’m completely new to working out, and I only recently decided to start going to the gym. This is only my second time here, but I’ve already had a really great experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, and everyone on the staff is always friendly and smiling, which made me feel comfortable from day one. A special thank you to Shulin. She patiently showed me the correct form for different exercises and taught me a lot. As a beginner, I had no idea how to properly engage the right muscles, but thanks to her guidance, I’m starting to feel the difference and build more confidence. She’s incredibly professional and supportive. I’m really happy I chose this gym, and I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Very nice and well-equipped gym with all the machines, benches, and equipment variations you could ask for. The best part, however, is the friendly and professional staff, who always make you feel welcome. Now that it’s part of Fitness First, I imagine it’s only going to get even better.

The gym is good. Staff has been friendly so far, they always have enough available lockers, the machines are fairly clean as well. Also really well equipped cardio area. The only downside I think is the number of machines are sometimes not enough. There are a few select machines that are used a lot and there are only one of, like the assisted pull up/dip machine, the cable rowing machine and the ab crunch, among others. So you might have to wait a bit for them. Overall great gym though.

My favourite gym! All staff are nice, smile and say hello. Good equippment and always clean. If you are looking for a personal trainer, ask for Ayoub Elbarrhiti! Great energy, super professional and knowledgable. He will motivate you to do that last rep 💯

Very good courses offered by the Fitness Studio. Zumba classes from Vero on Fridays and Sundays and dance class from Farah on saturday are not to be missed. Additionally the gym equipment is very good and the support staff is very friendly
