I’ve had a great experience at this gym. The facility is very clean, the equipment is modern and well maintained, and there’s plenty of variety for every type of workout. The staff is welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful, creating an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable. Highly recommended!

If you expect an air-conditioned premium gym, avoid the Schildergasse branch. Working out here happens under unacceptable and uncomfortably hot temperatures. According to the studio manager, corporate policy locks the AC at 24°C. However, I brought a professional monitor (Aranet4) and measured 26.4°C even directly under the AC unit in the supposedly "cooled" area( waited 30 minutes to make sure assessment is accurate) ! The cardio area, which sits under a hig roof, has no AC nearby and gets dangerously hot due to the sun exposure. Fitness First falsely advertises "optimally air-conditioned" gyms on their website. The reality is a severe health risk, especially for the elderly or members with medical conditions (for context, the American College of Sports Medicine recommends 20-21°C for working out). What makes it worse is the response from management: they will tell you that "nobody else complains." Yet, trainers admit they receive many complaints, and I personally witnessed other members complaining about the unbearable heat at the front desk at the exact same time I was there. Bottom line: False advertising and an unhealthy environment.

Fantastic gym right near Neumarkt. Great mix of machines and free weights, and everything is kept exceptionally clean. The staff is super friendly, approachable, and always willing to help out with workout advice or anything else you might need. Clear recommendation.

My partner and I both love this gym and would gladly say that it is the best one we have worked out in so far. It is regularly clean, has a lot of variety of machines, a nice course room and a nice free area for warm up. As a bonus you can always get a tea for free which is great in the winter!

Best gym! Amazing team, excellent equipment, and very well-equipped bathrooms. I highly recommend it to anyone. I was even allowed to bring a guest for my birthday and brought my brothers to train here and they absolutely loved it! 🥳 Wunderbar! 💪🏼
