Die Blutabnahme selbst war sehr schnell, professionell und angenehm. In diesem Punkt gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Der Empfang hingegen ist eine Katastrophe. Bereits bei zwei verschiedenen Gelegenheiten hatte ich das unangenehme Erlebnis, von zwei Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption äußerst unfreundlich behandelt zu werden. Mein Eindruck war, dass sie mir einen Gefallen tun würden, anstatt einfach ihren Job zu machen. Ich verstehe nicht, warum Menschen mit einer solchen Einstellung für den direkten Kontakt mit Patienten ausgewählt werden. Was eigentlich eine angenehme Erfahrung sein könnte, wurde durch ihr Verhalten unnötig kompliziert und verwirrend gemacht. Statt Menschen zu helfen, die Unterstützung benötigen, scheinen sie alles nur schwieriger zu machen. Vielleicht sollten sie sich eine Tätigkeit suchen, die sie tatsächlich glücklich macht, anstatt andere Menschen mit ihrer schlechten Laune und Unfreundlichkeit zu belasten. Schade, denn die medizinische Leistung selbst war wirklich gut.

Sehr gute Praxisorganisation + sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende. Alle wichtigen Informationen stehen auf der Homepage. Bin gesetzlich versichert und musste nicht besonders lange warten, es geht schnell vorwärts trotz langer Schlange morgens.

They don‘t even let me see the doctor. I‘m a person whos endocrine system doesn‘t work at all (panhypopituitarism). Seems like foreigners are not welcome here or it‘s just total incompetence. Also they refused to prescribe me required medicine.

I find two stars as the average of reviews NOT FAIR! As when you go there, you feel the whole city is going to this lab for blood works. It is very well organized and you recieve a very competent doctor's answer per mail.
