You get kicked out as soon as you go outside to get some air. Crowd is extremely dead and any personal is impolite . So if you manage to get inside stay inside cause they tent to get extremely impolite.

Bumann & Sohn was one of my favorite dining experiences in Cologne. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, with a great outdoor patio that made it the perfect place to enjoy dinner and a drink. I ordered the beef stew with creamy mashed potatoes and paired it with an Orval Trappist beer—both were outstanding. The beef was incredibly tender, the gravy was rich and flavorful, and the mashed potatoes were smooth and comforting. The beer complemented the meal perfectly.

I love me some alternative Bar with Live Music, especially when they make it clear at the entrance to not come in, if you are homophobe or racists. Saw the band Mandy Indiana there and the atmosphere was amazing. Coming back for sure!

The Biergarten and the Christmas Market are really nice! The atmosphere is quite great, actually. They could just improve a more organized way to get the orders. Sometimes you can wait a long time to get a drink because there is not a clear part of the bar where you’re supposed to order. It often happens that someone who arrived after you will hey their order fist. Also, most of the times I was there they were clearly understaffed, even though very friendly.
